Well known Donegal musician John Doherty (Little Hours) is joined by St Louis Americana star Tara Lynne, Mickey Joe Harte and Ardara artist Grainne Gavigan.

Presented in an intimate ‘In The Round’ style (originated in Nashville’s Bluebird Café where it is now a hallmark tradition), songwriters take turns

singing their own original material and sharing the stories behind their songs. It’s a cosy, informal and conversational atmosphere where artists will get personal, have fun on stage and let you in on some beloved stories and tales from their lives.

John Doherty
Killybegs man John Doherty is the former frontman of Donegal band, Little Hours. With a career spanning nearly a decade, his music has been lauded for its emotional honesty and craftsmanship. Known for his soulful voice and heartfelt songwriting, Doherty leans into a more rootsy sound with his recent solo releases, capturing the essence of raw emotion and storytelling that have long been the heart of his music.

Doherty’s songwriting credentials are consistently impressive. His collaborations span from working with Nashville’s Caroline Spence, James Earp (producer of Lewis Capaldi), industry icons like Gary Clark of Danny Wilson, Emmylou Harris and Nik Kershaw as well as writing for the Eurovision in 2023 and 2025.

Tera Lynne
Combining high-gloss glamour with working-class roots, Tera Lynne makes her own version of empowered, pop-kissed Americana. It’s a southern sound that’s raw one minute and refined the next, created by a frontwoman whose songs balance big questions with even bigger melodies.

Raised on the outskirts of St. Louis, Lynne grew up listening to a mix of ’90s country singers, rock & roll stars, and Rat Pack crooners. That diversity left a permanent mark, inspiring the music she’d eventually make after moving to Nashville and cutting her teeth on the honky-tonk stages of Lower Broadway. Those gigs eventually gave way to shows across the world, from headlining performances at the Badenfahrt Folk Fest in Switzerland to opening sets for Thomas Rhett in America.

Mickey Joe Harte
Mickey Joe Harte, a singer/songwriter with Platinum records to his credit, has been a mainstay of the Irish roots and popular music scene for more than 20 years.
One of the leading singer-songwriters in Ireland today, he displays an almost alarming ability to lay himself bare. creating a rare intimacy which is one of his main draws. He works hard at his gigs and is passionate about engaging with his audience on what is an extremely energetic yet personal and enjoyable journey.

Grainne Gavigan
Gráinne Gavigan is a singer-songwriter from Ardara, Co. Donegal, whose music blends folk, traditional Irish, and country influences. A familiar face on the Irish music scene, she has performed at many prestigious venues alongside many renowned artists including the National Concert Hall. Passionate about songwriting, Gráinne has collaborated with acclaimed writers such as O’hEaráin and John Doherty, creating songs that reflect her love of storytelling and her deep connection to her Donegal roots.
