Hailing from the small village of Killea in County Donegal, David James is one of Irish country music’s fastest rising stars.

David began performing across the pubs and clubs of Donegal, Derry and Tyrone at the tender age of 14 and has since honed his craft throughout Ireland and the UK.

The David James Band was launched In 2025 and has toured the country playing in venues and captivating audiences ever since. He has released two studio albums – Country Heart and The Promise – with a third currently in the works while recent singles The Waltz of Life, Summertime in Ireland, and Friday Night Feeling have received strong airplay on Irish radio.
