Husband and wife duo The Remedy Club, comprising Kj McEvoy (brother of folk singer/songwriter, Eleanor McEvoy) and Aileen Mythen have been described as ‘Ireland’s best kept musical secret’’ by Hotpress Magazine. Their first two albums Lovers, Legends and Lost Causes and True Hand True Heart were independently released by the duo to great critical acclaim in Ireland, the UK, Europe and the US with True Hand True Heart featuring as album of the week on RTE Radio One while Hotpress magazine included it in their top 10 folk albums of 2020.
Their brand new offering ‘Back To You’ sees them broaden their sonic palette with strings and brass and features some notable Irish musicians including Aongus Ralston on bass (The Waterboys), Binzer Brennan on drums (The Frames) and Michael Buckley and Ronan Dooney on brass (Van Morrison). Co – produced by Gavin Glass in Orphan Studios, Wexford, it sees their music veering towards Memphis and New Orleans with nods to Fleetwood Mac along the way, while still carving out their own authentic path in Irish music.

His debut string of singles (2018/19,) recorded on a shoestring budget in a small home recording studio, have remarkably gone on to be streamed over 6 million times globally. The Co. Clare native and demonstrate the acoustic nuts and bolts of the folk genre which underpin the Co. Clare native has recently joined forces with Pure Represents, booking agents for artists such as George Ezra, Holly Humberstone and Paolo Nutini. and more.

Carol Wilson blends a Donegal Gaeltacht upbringing with a bohemian spirit and the raw vocal honesty of the earliest torch-singers.
Her critically acclaimed debut single, ‘Trouble Me’, garnered airplay from Donegal to Luxembourg following its release in April of 2021. Since then, she has released six singles and an album – about which musician, songwriter, producer and engineer Ted Ponsonby had to say: ‘Very impressive songs, vocals, music and performances.
