Prim and proper George is a hardened bachelor who’s reclusive, quiet life is about change forever.

Civil servant George (Kevin Gallagher) enjoys the quiet life. He’s content in his apartment – with only the noise from the hippies in the flat upstairs disturbing his peace. Until one evening as he’s cooking dinner, comes a fateful knock on the door.

Outside is Laura (Catie Bradley) – the hippy girl from upstairs who’s just walked out on her boyfriend (Pauric Duffy) and needs to borrow the train fare home. She’s also heavily, heavily pregnant. Faced with both a generation gap and a culture clash they struggle to see eye to eye. By morning George will never look at the world in the same way again.

A delightful comedy with lots of laughs and a few tears.
